Update: WELD Nashville

We've signed the lease!

Woohoo!

WELD, a collaborative community for visual artists, creators, and entrepreneurs, announced the lease of 20,000 SF in The Boot Factory, located along the Craighead Corridor near 8th Avenue South in Nashville.

Founded in 2012 by Austin Mann, WELD is a membership driven, community & workspace for independent artists and small businesses with a desire to collaborate and forge relationships with like-minded individuals.

After the success of the original location in Dallas, Texas, the company decided it was time to expand their concept into another market. After a nationwide vote, Nashville was selected as the second location for the innovative workspace. Mann and business partner, Jordan Bellamy, are leading the transition to the new location. Katie Lentile will serve as General Manager of WELD Nashville.

The space will provide a hub that offers support and resources for the growing entrepreneurial and artistic community in Nashville. It will include office space for entrepreneurial businesses, communal and private work areas, conference rooms, a photography studio, lounge areas, a kitchen area (with craft coffee and beer on tap!), event space and more. The purpose and passion of WELD is to curate a community of people together for a life vision. We want to enable our members to dream in a way they have never comprehended before, foster authentic community, encourage collaboration and improve work-flow efficiency within an inspiring physical space.
